Relax in a bath and melt away your aches and pains with Birch Bath Salts. The Secwepemc people traditionally use Birch Bark to make baskets to gather berries, roots and herbal medicines. Baskets are woven together with long strips of cedar roots that are harvested and prepared. Up the Hill at Loakin uses these baskets to harvest their medicines today. The volatile oils of the Birch tree work to detoxify the body and help to alleviate muscle pain.
